Social History Assessment
A Social History Interview collects information about the student, such as birth and developmental milestones, family dynamics, medical history, educational history, temperament/personality, and any other outside factors that might provide insight into the student's academic, social, emotional, or behavioral obstacles.
Our Social History Interviews will address the reason for referral and identify what, if any, issues are creating obstacles and determine the best remediation and interventions to address it in school, at home, and in the community. We provide Social History Interviews for children, adolescents, and adults in NJ and PA.
